  • Buildouts of new space. Responsibilities included Network(Voice and Data), Desktop and Multimedia. Corporate Real Estate also reported into the Project Manager for the construction of the space. Largest buildout was in Long Island City 2 with 16 floors and the movement of 1500 personnel. The moves were completed within a 9 week period with all areas functional on time with all 9 moves. Move out of the Sears Tower location in Chicago of 1900 personnel was completed and all areas functional on time. Both of these projects were completed within budget.

  • Buildout of 15 labs at the Warren location. This included space, architecture, environmental’s, infrastructure and network for each lab.
  • Managed the UNIX Support Group to manage the front end for Databases and Firewalls.
  • IT Infrastructure. Ran various projects for the IT area for upgrades and consolidation. Consolidated 19 helpdesk centers into 3 locations in England, Singapore and Texas. This was a multi technical project due to the many locations and differences in infrastructure/hardware/software. Completed on time and under budget.
  • Also, managed the application conversion of 400+ servers to 45. A second task of this conversion was to move the systems into the ‘Glass House’ Data Centers and onto SAN Storage.
