Program / Sr. Project Management:
Program / Deputy Program / Sr. Project Manager for large contracts. Duties included all aspects of Program and Project Management including financial, technical and administrative management, task order generation and pricing, staff recruitment and development, subcontractor management, Change Control Board (CCB) participation, financial reporting, contract level technical reporting, contract startup, and monitoring and assuring contract-wide on-time delivery of all products.
