  • In multiple positions, use advanced technical writing knowledge to establish the documentation guidelines as well as the technical writing standards by which many documentation templates are constructed.
  • For a majority of the positions in my work experience, was responsible for acting as a liaison between user and business groups and technical staff in the evaluation of specifications and preparation of functional and technical designs, mockups, and UI design, creating full life cycle documentation, technical analysis and writing Requirements Documents, System Manuals, User Guides, and Service Level Agreements, Software Requirements Specifications Documents, IT Policies and Procedures, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), System Design Documents (SDDs), Software Design Documents (SWDDs), and System Maintenance Documents.

  • For the Library of Congress, ITS - was responsible for working with various technology services groups to develop a broad variety of technical and non-technical documentation including, systems and software documentation, requirements documents, user manuals, and configuration management plans, policies, standard practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), budgets for Information Technology Services, P roject Charters, Statements of Work (SOWs); Point Papers, Lessons Learned, After Action Reports, Briefings, MOUs, communications plans, Data Center Shutdown and Recovery Maintenance Plans, Quarterly and Annual Reports, training materials, installation guides, and quarterly and annual initiatives for the primary Information Technology Service groups.
  • Worked with Wells Fargo nationally distributed Agile sprint teams to draft, edit and format complex technical manuals, getting final documents completed and published/uploaded for immediate use during the Enterprise-wide Oracle database migration effort.
  • In support to the IRS Enterprise MA&SS organization, provided technical writing, and validation and verification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as process analysis/process improvement for the functions of the security analysts in the Cybersecurity Security Operations Center (SOC); ensuring that all SOPS were in a state of readiness for US Treasury Audits
  • For NARA, was responsible for creating and managing the contract delivery of the Fully Dressed Use Case document for the Digital Processing Environment (DPE), including managing the input towards the deliverable received from other Requirements Team members, scheduling use case and document walkthroughs, ensuring deliverable deadlines associated with the document iterations was achieved, and providing milestone completion and status reports for project deliverables.
