- Managed projects from $200 to ten million in the commercial furniture and architectural product industry. Management of projects included ensuring projects went accordingly from day contract is signed, until the project is invoiced. Projects were in greater St. Louis area, Columbia, Kansas City, and other surround states.
- Communication with general contractor, installers, vendors, and clients would be vital for all details of projects. As a project manager I am the liaison between clients and installers/general contractors and I managed the relationship between the two. This includes face-to-face interactions, e-mails, and phone calls. Giving the best customer service is my priority to ensure clients know their importance and happiness is vital to the project.
- Construction meetings were held to discuss our scopes and schedules with project manager as a representative of Working Spaces, owner and general contractors. Taking notes and being able to answer difficult questions are my strong suit.
- Prior to job installation or furniture design, field verifications, measurements, and photos were conducted to ensure bids were sent with accurate information to the clients and installers.

Estimating and managing of projects for a general contractor included meeting demanding timelines, firm budgets, and constantly improving schedules to exceed timelines and budgets for a better gross profit.
- Utilized different software such as Auto CAD to conduct estimates and Prolog to manage projects. Information and materials regarding submittals were gathered to send to general contractors and architects and this information was also tracked in Prolog.

- Frequent job site visits were conducted to ensure jobs were going accordingly for budget and schedule and ensure all involved in the project were satisfied of the progress of the job.
