Project Manager/Delivery Lead/Implementation Strategist

• Implemented Integrated Vehicle loans (IVL) and workflow tools to Bank Internet customers, agency and underwriting business areas. This $34M effort simplified application submission and decision process for primary and co-applicant & co-signer for the vehicle loans. The goal was to allow the customers to do business in the channel of their choice (Online/Mobile, Agent, Call center). This resulted in a 25% increase in the vehicle loan and booked applications along with a significant metric decrease in the operational cost for the loan origination
• Implemented Enterprise Data Center (ISC E/C/W) Migration effort of consolidating Confidential ’s three data centers into the new dual metro pair Data Center model to new locations. This consolidation requirement was for improving capacity, disaster recovery and simplification. All application/server types were migrated to these new DC’s. In this three-year long project, I capacitated as project manager and a scrum master. This was $73M project that comprised Service availability (ITSM), Configuration Management and Hardware & Software Migration. The most challenging aspect was to compare the transitional and aspirational state for the Service Level Model. We implemented a Service Level Model to stand alone and be utilized in conjunction with the Architecture Tiering of the Service Availability tiers. Catering to the Increasing capacity needs of the customer’s 24/7 demands was challenging thus developed simplified IT solutions that focused on achieving constant end user availability
• Implemented the acquisitioned Business Process Management (BPM) solution for the BRC & BOC support. These new design processes were implemented for optimal end user efficiencies, enhanced automation capabilities. BPM was an IBM provided solution that was designed and developed by IBM, however the testing and merging needs of this solution were identified in Confidential . This integrated effort inculcated vendor collaboration, negotiation skills while establishing scope and understanding of the work involved.
