Below is a brief summary of ITSM Projects in which I personally served as on-site Project Manager.

USDA, National Finance Center. Developed the Disaster Recovery Procedures for the Remedy ITSM Environment. Deployed to the Sungard alternate work site in Philadelphia to rebuild the long-term deployment of the Remedy ITSM environment in 2007 due to the agency’s extended relocation post Hurricane Katrina.

USDA, National Finance Center. Bar-code Inventory Solution. Implemented a mobile asset inventory tracking system that makes use of bar-coding technology to collect asset information and upload the asset information into the existing Remedy Asset Management database. Bar-coded over 4000 assets, reconciled the physical inventory with the Remedy Asset database, and provided reports to the National Finance Center.

  • Developed Help Desk Escalation policy and customized the Remedy Help Desk system to enforce this escalation policy.
  • Customized the Web-based Remedy Application to provide the web-page versions of the client Forms to interface with the NFC’s Help Desk, Change Management, and Asset Management Systems
  • Designed and customized the Remedy Change Management Application to meet the requirements of multiple initiatives including automating the ADP System Change Process, and the Hardware/Software Request Process.
