- Directed a 5 member, off-shore development team in the design and implementation of SSN masking functionality in the PLUS application in order to incorporate personal sensitive data management and to reduce the on-shore data entry support costs.
- Successfully lead an 8 member, on-shore development team as the interim manager for 14 months while the other manager was working on a complex client conversion initiative. My promotion to full-time project manager resulted due to the internal client satisfaction engendered from this accomplishment.
