• Developed new data files comprising of settled/cleared trade specific information at participant level/plan level and automated the request/response mechanism to NSCC. This initiative was taken up as a part of ensuring systems compliance with the 22c2 regulation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Led the conversion effort to bring over new clients/plan participants over to the Schwab database. This involved creation of new tables, extract programs to load the account, cusip, position and balance information per participant, developing new processing programs to calculate and post data into the general ledger, new reports for exceptions, balances and position reconciliation.
• Designed/developed new BAI feeds from Chase bank. This effort involved developing 4GL programs, stored procedures, extract data and process cleared checks, wires and ACH information supplied by Chase. Additionally, created daily cron jobs, ftp scripts to get the BAI file from a secure Chase website and generate reports/statements to be distributed to the Trust banking department developed utilizing Informix-4GL.

Responsibilities:

• Architected/developed the SWIFT Net Accord payment reconciliation module to ensure automated real-time matching and settlement of foreign exchange and money market transactions utilizing MQ-Series transaction management, XML and Informix online database engine.
