- Revived failing project at Lexmark (turning a $2 million loss into an additional $1 million in project work over 18 months, delivering a 25% profit).
- Directed data migration project for Lexmark that empowered their strategic initiative to migrate all data and reports from Teradata to Amazon’s Cloud Platform (Aurora and Redshift). - Inherited a SalesForce project that was behind schedule/over budget. By improving coordination of resources among stakeholders, I delivered it on time/under budget. The objective was to extend the medical device tracking capabilities and improve integration with Siebel Clinical Trial application. - Directed SAP Solution Manager Project to upgrade existing implementation. Client had nine SAP environments and Solution Manager was used to migrate updated code from one environment to another in a semi-automated fashion. Diligent oversight and monitoring were needed to ensure project success.
