• Revived failing project at Lexmark (turning a $2 million loss into an additional $1 million in project work over 18 months, delivering a 25% profit).

• Inherited a SalesForce project that was behind schedule/over budget. By improving coordination of resources among stakeholders, I delivered it on time/under budget.
