Responsibilities:
- Member of the National Leadership team who organized and moved 5400 veterans and 6000 civilian allies and support staff to a 5-day movement to the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.
- Planned for 2000 persons and had to make emergency arrangements during a blizzard and limited resources.
- Assisted in raising over $1.2 Million dollars for this movement to cover reimbursement and national transportation.
- Was asked to join the new organization as the Operations in January.
- Managed logistical planning and supply runs for the #NODAPL camps in Standing Rock, ND until the eviction on February 24, 2017.
- Was responsible for bring over 200 veterans back from Feb 4, 2017 until after the eviction to aid in the building of camp infrastructure for the 4 Bands camp in Cannonball, ND which is still operating and conduction resistance to the Dakota Access Pipeline.
- Raised another $250,000 for this effort.
- Founding member of Veteran Service Corps which is the Humanitarian NGO that came out of the Veterans Stand for Standing Rock movement.
- We currently have Operation Eagle underway in Eagle Butte, SD where we have a team living on the reservation helping to improve the community.
- Work remotely with team members from all over the US to provide intelligence, logistics, and supplies for Operation Eagle.
