  • Transformed a 100% manual operations environment to 100% documented and over 70% automated. This effort resulted in an increase in process repeatability, consistency and accountability and a 300% increase in productivity.
  • Directly responsible for the success rate of 98% for all first time, production application deployments by providing an automated process for software validation, utilizing automation tools, improving collaboration, as well as reducing schedule impacts for mission critical applications promoted to the production environment.
