I have over 9 ½ years of direct experience as a Senior Project/Program Manager acting as the senior ManTech on - site Lead on a multi-project IDIQ contract government contract providing system level integration and testing services for DoD and DHS Agencies. These proposals consist of the submission of a Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), estimated staffing requirements, estimated costs, technical approach, anticipated deliverables and quality control measures based on the government’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and scope of work.
- Coordinate with business office personnel to monitor burn rates for projects under my control and review financials generated for my projects regularly to ensure they are within +/- 10% of original estimates.
- Coordinate with government Action Officers to modify existing projects due to changes in personnel and the scope of work.

- Support the JWID/CWID Joint Management Office (JMO) as the Chairman of the Confidential (AWG). Ensure every aspect of interoperability, Information Assurance (IA), and warfighter utility are identified, documented, exercised and assessed during the annual 2 week Execution period.
- Primary JITC assessment point of contact leading a diverse team of professionals to perform the technical and Information Assurance assessments performed on 40 Interoperability Trials (ITs) participating in the CWID Execution each year.
