Manage technology projects and budgets for vendor supported retail and corporate human resource applications.

Provide business and full lifecycle project support to multiple lines of retail business including mutual fund front and back office operations, 529, small business retirement, fund administration, compliance and control, and financial institution services. Direct liaison between $7.5m vendor relationship and T. Rowe Price project and operational management teams. Senior analyst responsible for full system development lifecycle activities for multiple projects of various sizes and complexities, which utilized traditional waterfall and lean agile methodologies. This included changes to workflow management system resulting from business process analysis and downstream impacts from front end customer facing application changes. As a lead analyst, was given additional responsibility of providing estimates for all projects with workflow management system integration. Mentored and trained new and less senior analysts on multiple IT/ business teams, was the primary liaison between the workflow management team and the business solutions group, and was the point person for retail project prioritization.

This application managed more than $250 million dollars in assets in the first quarter after launch, and realized an efficiency gain or $275k in 2006 and $575k in 2007.
