- Account Manager for FPX client relationships under support and maintenance. Supervised small technical staff performing minor services engagements and assisted with resolving client support issues.
E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities:- Managed department working on strategic e-commerce initiatives, total department budget of $3M. Supervised staff of twelve including project coordinators, data analysts, graphic designers, and search engine optimization technician.
- Support E-Commerce sites for both for retail and wholesale order placement, areas of responsibility included updating product catalogs, directing improvements to technology tools and site redesigns.
- Approximately 10 consumer sites (branded catalogs) with ability to place orders.
