- Interview coordination as well as preparing candidates for interviews. I truly believe this last step can increase numbers by a significant percentage. Preparation involves getting candidates acquainted with the client’s business, technical team expertise etc.
- Post closure coordination for paperwork, background, and other formalities as required by the client.
