• In 2013 a project was started to do Post Audits for Wal-Mart’s LATAM countries. No deliverables had ever taken place under a previous Project Manager. Therefore, the project was handed over to be managed under my leadership. My team was able to deliver 7 deliverables in 4 months time; with the biggest deliverable being Paid History. It was estimated that our recoveries were approximately around 35M.
• Lead Development Team for the Spark Program enhancements. The Spark Program Future software and hardware enhancements were to allow the SPARK system to evolve to a state of the art program that would provide long-term benefits to the global business.
• Lead Development Teams for each international market that was required per the Anti-Corruption initiative to identify, track, and report on Third Party Intermediary vendors.
