- In 2013 a project was started to do Post Audits for Wal-Mart’s LATAM countries. No deliverables had ever taken place under a previous Project Manager. Therefore, the project was handed over to be managed under my leadership. My team was able to deliver 7 deliverables in 4 months time; with the biggest deliverable being Paid History. It was estimated that our recoveries were approximately around 35M.
- Lead Development Team for the Spark Program enhancements. The Spark Program Future software and hardware enhancements were to allow the SPARK system to evolve to a state of the art program that would provide long-term benefits to the global business.
- Lead Development Teams for each international market that was required per the Anti-Corruption initiative to identify, track, and report on Third Party Intermediary vendors. This project was to ensure only approved Third Party Intermediaries were setup, based on data from the Dunn and Bradstreet using a vetting tool to feed information. All markets were flagged and or reviewed before payments were made. Reports were created for all markets as well.
