  • Responsible for all aspects of the Controls Department’s performance and overall profitability including managing all Controls production projects throughout the entire project life cycle from estimating through production and service.

  • Occasionally called upon to support the Sales Dept. with the development of Controls and Instrumentation plans and specs (provided to Engrg firms) as appropriate for the given application/installation.
  • Provide controls bid scopes and costs for all materials and labor to support the bidding process, as requested.
  • Procurement of controls Engrg drawings for customer submittal including providing the supplier with all plans, specs, bid scope and exceptions. This includes annotating all plans and specs to clearly define the scope of design and providing all needed design direction to the Engr.
  • Procure all control panels, field devices and instrumentation using JobScope to perform all Purchasing related tasks.
  • Manage all issue resolution with vendors, including coordinating rework and charge-backs within project budget and timeline parameters.
