Nestle Waters, Program: Poland Spring Direct Mail Campaign , Annual circ. 10M. CRM loyalty program, testing magazine format in small retail circs. Objective to determine if consumer's purchasing decisions had changed once they received the mailer and if the magazine promoted cross-sell. Program mailed 4x a year.

Kraft Foods, Program: Gevalia Kaffe, Retention Program, Active Member base 1.1MM. On-going direct to consumer, continuity program delivering targeted communications to its 1.1MM members -- high-end coffee connoisseur club.

Masterfoods, Program: Cocoa Via Heart Healthy Snacks, Product Launch to Key Retailers, Dimensional Direct Mail. Objective to introduce product to major retailers by targeting key buyers in the pharmacy and nutrition departments within the retail corporations. A dimensional mailer carrying multiple launch components was mailed to 500 recipients nation wide.

US Smokeless Tobacco, Relationship Marketing Program to USST Internally Housed Data Base, circ. 2MM. Objective to market loyalty programs and launch new product lines within the Copenhagen and Skoal Smokeless Tobacco lines. Programs carry a single minded marketing message to drive traffic to a specific program, e.g. drive recipients on-line, introduce a new product launch, enter into a sweepstakes or couponing to increase store traffic.
