- Responsibilities involve post support for Jdedwards (Peoplesoft E1) Human Resource module, incl. Payroll. I am part of a global support team that handles all problems related to JDE. I am supporting multiple interfaces with outside vendors, as well as support for all users. I am supporting ESS (employee self-service) on the web as well as internal JDE system setup. I also assist in any modifications to the system related to table structure and file names. I test ESUs applied to the system and put calls into JDE for any issues found.
- Part of the JDEdwards project proof team. This was an internal task force that was in charge of testing the newer versions of JDE software. Responsibilities of testing were in the Payroll module for Jdedwards 5 ERP 8/ Peoplesoft E1. Perform stress test in various payroll functions. - Lead on a 15,000 active employee benefits and payroll system. I developed a project plan, managed a team of 4 team leads in the implementation of the software, and conducted training for over 50 end users. I developed an integrated process flow with modules of Applicants, Requisitions, Wage and Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Competency Review, Pay Grade Administration, and Payroll with time accounting. Conducted file interfaces with third party vendors with Fidelity, BottomLine, Principal, Kronos and some in-house time keeping systems. Payroll consisted of bi-weekly, hourly, semi-monthly and seasonal runs, with integrations with A/P, and Job Cost. The company consisted of over 200 companies. This was an OneWorld XE install.
- Lead on the Payroll implementation and Co-lead with HR, with company size of 4,500 active employees. I developed interfaces with Optio, Kronos, and Fidelity. Because of staffing issues at the client site, I managed the company’s internal Payroll activities.
- Lead on the Payroll/HR implementation, with company size of 2,300 active employees. I developed interfaces with Optio, and Credit Unions. I conducted a process flow that centralized payroll and benefit activities for 17 companies. Headed the deployment of job cost through payroll and conducting a payroll run with over 36 states involved at once.
- Lead on a Canadian Payroll implementation, with company size of 700 employees. I developed a process plan that had the client live in 3 and half weeks This was a World 73cum10.
- Conducted a readiness assessment of the software and provided post support for the client for a month.
- Co-lead and then Lead as the project progressed for HR/Payroll implementation, with company size of 5,000 employees. The company ran job cost payroll, with flat burden and time accounting.
