SWAP- The Home Depot retail project SWAP included a full scale installation of new hardware/software to support wireless connectivity in the United States and Puerto Rico stores. The project focused on improving wireless connection in all stores which include, Self-Check Out Registers, IMA carts/Scan-Guns, Vault, Computers and Registers. Ports were installed on the roof tops of stores and tested to ensure proper install prior to go-live for each store. Project delivered within budget GBP 1.5 million
Responsibilities Included:
- Created deployment schedule to ensure timely execution

- Managed Vendor to ensure timeline adherence
