  • Hired as Design Engineer and was promoted to Manager of Operations approximately 1 year after hire. Assumed responsibility for the management of the entire consultancy. . In 2010, year of economic chaos was able to achieve 37% growth in total sales, 24% growth in Net Income.

  • Redesigned workflows/helpdesk/accounting procedures. Redesigned in house billing system by utilizing SQL 2008 technologies (Sql / VB). Implemented Autotask (nationally recognized IT support system – (CRM/Helpdesk/Tracking and Ticketing).
