POS is a new system with the purpose of capturing the increasing number of cash-only accounts and invalid credit card transactions, which are not being caught by our current front counter operations.
POS should, therefore, increase revenue to the company and eliminate the need to call customers after they have left the front counter to request another method of payment from them.
