- Data Center Consolidation: Participated in company goal of closing down Ohio site. Successfully migrated LDTRS Data to new servers at the Maryland site.
- Met Service Level Agreements of daily reports for government agencies: IRS, Affordable Healthcare Act, Medicare and for social media: Telescope TV which tallies TV audience voting data for shows including American Idol and The Voice.
- E-911: Enhanced 911 correctly routes location information to the Public Dispatcher from callers using the 911 system to request assistance.
- Developed programs to extract Emergency Service List Information from E911 Systems to providers of Emergency Support Services in standardized format. Fees charged for this service provided a new avenue of revenue for Verizon.
- Designed Access Line Reports collating metrics for billing of CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) based on number of records in Verizon E-911 database.
- Y2K: Ported LMOS (Loop Maintenance Operating System) and MLT (Mechanized Loop Testing) used for Wireline Telephone Dispatch, Repair, and Testing from VAX 8650’s to Y2K-compliant HP T500’s running on HPUX 10.2.
