• Act as a pivotal liaison between client, development group and quality assurance on new functionality and customization projects supporting the #1 Web-based e-procurement system PRISM Suite, a Contract Writing System for DoD, Civilian and Intelligence agencies, used by 100+ Federal Government agencies.
