- Act as a pivotal liaison between client, development group and quality assurance on new functionality and customization projects supporting the #1 Web-based e-procurement system PRISM Suite, a Contract Writing System for DoD, Civilian and Intelligence agencies, used by 100+ Federal Government agencies.
- Design and create logical data models using Erwin for the new customizations. Reengineer existing database structure using Erwin to facilitate new design/analysis. Define Data Dictionary for company-wise use.
- Define the project scope, objectives and requirements through multiple sources, such as clients, workshops, existing issues, and publication of public sector procurement. Develop the functional and technical specifications, government acceptance test cases, as well as 30+ API documents to assist loading data into PRISM from third parties. - Lead the matrix team to implement the new interface between PRISM and EDA (Electronic Document Access) using Procurement Data Standard (PDS) via GEX (Global Exchange Services). - Proposed the data assurance concept paper. Developed the baseline data assurance reports in free-hand SQL to verify that the infoAdvantage financial data was consistent with the source system. The comparison was conducted in the following three time frames: incremental loading, year-to-date loading, and year-to-inception loading.
