Project Description The project involves administration of Quality
Center for the Projects of Fixed Income for the Bank . This includes
managing more than 700 users of Quality Center and maintaining more
than 40 projects across 7 domains.

Managing Quality Center for the Bank for London users as well as for
Indian users. Working in a Team of two with the other colleague
operating from London.
Job involves managing the users and the user groups. Creating users
and setting the permisions for the users and allocating the users to
the particular project within the particular User group.
Job involves the complete management of the testing process, the
schedule of test run Reports and the management of the defects.
Need to address any issue that involves Quality Center and QTP
Take care of licensing issues, maintaining license server for QTP and
Win runner .Generating License matrices for Functional Testing as well
as for Win runner. Migrated the license server for QTP and Win runner to
a combined License server for FT license.
Established a new Test server which was an exact replica of the live
server. To achieve this end the projects were migrated and the
databases restored on the target server.
Also migrated Quality Center from one server to another since this
was the requirement of the bank to move their data center to a
different location.
Day to day activities also involve the customizations catering to
the user needs.

Center so that all the projects maintain the same standard in terms of
UDF\'s this was helpful in the management perspective.

was responsible for all the testing governance activities across the

Project involves the support of the Testing Management Tool, which is
Test Director/Quality Center. Any problems related to the management
of the test cases and the tests, which are integrated from QTP and
Winrunner, are sorted out. Any problems related to the functioning of
the tool related to backend problems related to database (MSQL Server
and Oracle) are also supported.
