Lead SQA Analyst – Current position
- Ensuring all performance & quality standards are being met.
- Leading a team of on-shore and off-shore associates in daily tasks and ensuring that all tasks, timelines and procedures are met.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of all studies and performance requirements.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all monitoring procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Interface with all departments as needed.
- Maintain a working relationship with all associate across all teams, both on-site and off-shore
- Guide associates with day to day activities as needed for all software releases
- Maintain an accurate timeline for all work related projects. This can include providing estimates based on resource availability. Raising risks to appropriate management and/or resources within the project, if the timeline is in jeopardy.
- Reporting all defects, enhancements and risks in Quality Center 10 and assigning to the appropriate resources.
- Completing all documentation necessary for a software release and keeping the project in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Writing and executing test cases where applicable.
- Reading and approving test cases where applicable.
- Reporting daily and weekly metrics via status reports to management.
