As part of the installation of the Alpha box hardware, MEDRAD will be providing services that the hospital will be able to subscribe to. To enable these services, the service engineers will be deploying a set of license files that they will be downloading from a secure website.

This project entails setting up the sites and providing searchable lists in extranet MOSS environment hosted in MEDRAD's infrastructure. To streamline the process, modules will be developed in MOSS and SAP. The module in MOSS will enable a group of users to package the license files in zip format and attach it to an item in a MAC ID Material List.

MOSS has a set of in built web services that can be consumed by SAP to update information in MOSS lists. The second part of the software will have module that will be developed in SAP. The SAP modules at various triggering points in initiation and execution of an order will make web service calls to MOSS and update the Customer and Material lists.
