(January 2006 to June 2006) Performed software upgrades remotely on the Lucent 5ESS switch while working on digital cross connects on accounts on the East Coast, West Coast and Ontario Canada. Performed 3 week, 8 day, 2 day, Commit and the Night of ECP upgrades according to the Night of Retrofit MOP.
