Confidential,are fee-based PC support services that are not covered by Cox’s standard technical support. CBTS services are offered to all CB (Cox Business) customers residential who need additional PC or Cable support.
CB customers can purchase tech support services for single-incident resolution or they may choose a recurring payment subscription plan that covers all of their tech support needs. CBTS subscriptions are contract-based plans that incur an early termination fee if the customer chooses to end their subscription before the contractual term.
