03/28/11-Present Confidential, Financial Mortgage Loan Analyst: In this position, I assisted in providing direction to mortgage lenders on issues regarding Mortgage Lending Administration (MLA) lending policies, procedures and system guidelines, performing detailed underwriting analysis on conforming loans for both credit and documentation deficiencies and determining marketability of each loan. Daily I provided detailed underwriting analysis on more complex mortgages exceeding the conforming loan limit on complex self-employed borrowers which pose higher credit risk including requesting additional information and/or documentation from originating offices as needed while providing monthly feedback to the Regional Mortgage Managers (RMMs) and Loan Processing Supervisors on issues related to the mortgage lending process and provide daily feedback to the mortgage lenders.
