Project: Subscriber Queue Enhancements (Form Ware)
This project is centered on four indexing queues within the FormWare Other Document Processing Indexing (ODPI) Workflow. Subscriber, State-Subscriber, Group Membership, and State Group Membership queues all index the following types of documents; Correspondence, Group Correspondence, Back-End Enrollment Forms, etc. This indexing is also classified as either Front-End or Back-End. Current processing templates and limited rules make it difficult for operators to enter complete and accurate data for backend customer service inquiry systems.
This project will re-organize these four (Subscriber and Group) queues into two new Back-End and Front-End queues to more effectively manage the work. It will create new templates focused on capturing data specific to the document type and new validation rules will insure accuracy of the data routed to IPD, Service First, and other back end resources.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in Preparation of Test Metrics & Test Cases.

Project: ACS Member Eligibility File Enhancements
ACS Benefit Services, Inc. receives a daily transaction and monthly member eligibility file from Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSNC) of all Dental Blue membership. ACS loads the daily transactional changes to ensure that the member records reflect timely changes made in the PowerMHS system. On a monthly basis, ACS uses the monthly Full file to reconcile all transaction records are recorded in the ACS Dental Blue system. The member eligibility files are used to accurately quote benefits and ensure that claims are processed correctly. Eligibility records not accurately reflected in the ACS Dental Blue system can prevent ACS from quoting correct benefits or processing claims correctly.

Commission Initiatives 2007 was a project that involved different deliverables, the one that I worked on were as follows:-
Responsibilities:
- Synchronization of the enrollment systems (MHS, LRSP) with the PSOR consequently. Improving the process by which subscriber billing transactions are handled during the monthly commission cycle.
- The sync amongst the various systems was tested by seeding the data in one then looking for that in the other to make sure that its flow is consistent. And different relationships that were there in one system are the same in the other.
- Revisions to Commission Statement and Development of Monthly and Year to Date Production Reports for Health & Life.
- This involved the validation of the Actuate Reports. Data present in the reports was verified against the one that was there at the backend. Testing involved writing SQL queries using query analyzer to retrieve data from SQL server and comparing the same with what we got in reports.
