Customer Acquisition and Retention System (CARS) is Confidential platform for health insurance distribution. It automates all lines of business, including health, dental, group life, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-termdisability. Health Partner’s product utilizes Microsoft Dynamics CRM to create a single-source sales automation and CRM solution specifically for the health insurance industry.

SharePoint:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows automatically create document libraries and folders on SharePoint in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities and fields. These folders are used to store documents for Microsoft Dynamics CRM records on SharePoint. This feature allows configuring required files in CRM and showing if, they exist in SharePoint Folder. SharePoint is accessed via CRM on navigation to the document for a new company, existing company, new Opportunity and existing opportunity. 
From the CRM, the Share Point Validation configurations to configuration types are verified via advanced search with in the CRM. Additional operations that are performed on the SharePoint are creating sub-folders, permissions, validations.
