I. Online Specimen Collection & Tracking System:
PharmChem developed a Website for Online Specimen Collection from manual to automated process. Based on existing forms and future requirements, new systems were defined and developed. The objective was to retrieve existing customer data from legacy systems, capture new data related to Accounts and/or, Customers and connect to PharmChem Databank, and propose different options for Test Panel selection. Because of this application, the data entry functionality was shifted from PharmChem to Specimen Collector(s) and it reduced the operating cost from $23 to $15 per Specimen.
Responsibilities:
- Gathered and analyzed requirements, detailed design, and formulated test plan for the functional testing of the application.
- Documented the gathered requirements using MSWord, MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
