This project was executed in Agile (iterative) mode. This project added Deposit Account functions on Customer web site prosperitybanktx.com and Bank Officer Portal. The functions are Deposit Account Screening and Opening, Activating Debit Card, Changing PIN on an ATM/Debit Card, Reporting a lost/stolen ATM/Debit Card, Reporting a dispute, changing the joint Account Holders, Ordering Checks, etc. This project established new online and batch interfaces to Core Banking System, Debit Card Processor, Clarke American and other Banking vendors. This project is expected to reduce number of customer calls. This project implemented a rules engine for screening the new account applications for Fraud and Eligibility.

Bank Accept Credit Card Payments Apr 10 – Dec 10
This project made transactions for Cash Advances, Payments (Services, Fees, and Funding) from multiple Prosperity Bank applications such as .com, Teller, Portal and HOMES (Mortgage application) accept credit cards. This project defined new merchants for accepting credit card payment authorization, capture, settlement and reconciliation. This project added a secure interface for Business Users to access MasterCard, Visa and Amex web sites for Daily settlement reports and entering disputes.

Enable Collected Funds Model Jan 10 – Jul 10
This project involved creating rules based Java batch mechanism to put Holds on the Deposits made by the Customers. These rules are based on Customer’s relationship with the Bank, Deposit amount and type of deposit. This project involved creating a new data warehouse and data feeds (using Informatica) for storing data from Customer Product Database. This solution reduced the Bank float based on Deposit Amount and type.
