The purpose of the project is testing the Shell store’s point of sale systems; there are different applications on POS (Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz, Passport, TDL/Allied, and Radiant), which provides the billing solutions at the point of sale in the Shell stores and the back office support. Different store will have different POS devices to perform store sales transactions (both fuel and non-fuel). All the devices will communicate with Back Office system and various host systems. Shell maintains a POS lab to test various business scenarios and certification testing before rolling out to any code change to stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Converted Business requirements and design documentation into test design products: Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
