I was working “Automated Penalty Pricing” deals with the re-pricing of the credit card accounts based on the credit behavior of the customer. We increase the APR of such accounts, by which the customer makes mistakes by not paying at proper time which makes the account late or utilizing more amount than the credit line which makes the account OCL. There are different types of credit cards such as Master, Visa, and Amex etc, Confidential handles all types of the credit cards. They fix different APR’s to different customers based on different criteria. Pricing in this context means the APR of the credit card.
