Project Description:

The main purpose of this project is to help increase the appointment kept rate by a minimum of 1%. This would roughly equate to 38,500 additional appointments kept per year. Current expectations of the re-evaluated business case is anticipated to be higher than these figures based on more up to date information of average number and value of products sold. This project has been created to find a way of using SMS (Short Message Service) via Mobile Telephones and/or Email to send messages to customers to confirm appointments being arranged and send a reminder message prior to the meeting taking place. It is believed that these SMS and Email confirmations and reminders will encourage customers to keep their appointments.
The project will also pursue the option to allow customers to respond via SMS to confirm their acceptance to attend or provide the ability to return a "cancel" or "no" reply message to help the appointment owner be aware of the customer appearing or not.

  • Display SMS notifications-related UI controls so user is able to set up reminder for specific customer\'s mobile phone.

These applications suggest the different products to the customer depending on the Net monthly income, Net annual income, Monthly savings made by the customer and Numbers of transactions made by the customer.
CDD DC for direct Channels is for the customers having online banking. CDD DC for retail banking (CDD Network) is an application that suggests the products to the customer having Online Banking. All the functionalities that can be done CDD DC for direct channels can also are achieved by CDD Network application. The only difference is the channel through which the application is launching from.
