  • The client-server architecture used third party sensors to capture status of temperature, humidity, light levels and other parameters. Sensor data was the input to a compiled algorithm. The algorithm caused digital and analog outputs on controller to trigger HVAC or other site devices.

  • Incite was re-incorporated as Selsius in July 1997.
  • Tested one of the world's first video PBX’s. This was basically a video telephone system that permitted high bandwidth calls wifin the enterprise (campus), as well as conferencing, hold, and transfer functionality.
  • Tested the product's transport layer (Isoethernet) and the ISDN signaling (Q.931) on Windows NT based systems.
  • Tested the various video technologies and modes that allowed users to select bandwidth and corresponding video quality.
  • Worked wif various desktop video compression standards such as H.320 and MPEG.
  • One of only three QA engineers to work on product.
  • Helped to organize the department from the ground up and develop a product that quickly caught the attention of national press. Wrote hundreds of bug reports.

  • Tested a T1-based payphone switch that performed rating and routing of calls originating from payphones. Primarily wrote scripts that tested the profit analysis software.
  • Lead tester for 2 years for an international, debit-card payphone. This phone used pre­paid chip cards and communicated via digital protocol wif the central office. Started project at inception and eventually deployed 5000 units in Argentina. Designed, executed and maintained all test scripts for the semi-automated test environment.
  • Lead tester for 3 years for a hotel-based call processing system.
  • This system integrated wif a PBX to rate and route outbound call traffic. Started project at inception and eventually deployed 300 installations in U.S.
