Objective

- System level Testing. In conjunction with design engineering, performed critical testing to replicate failure modes, or confirm design changes. Included hand assembly of PCB and data collection of test results.
- Assembled teams of experts to investigate and resolve field quality issues. If needed, corrective action process initiated, and issue followed through to completion. (no more failures prior to c/a date)
- Legacy Part Re-engineering. Re-engineered service part final assemblies which could no longer be manufactured due to sub-assembly part obsolescence. This typically required generating new sub-assembly parts.
