  • Transportation Management Services Solution TMSS is the first comprehensive online freight and household goods transportation management system designed exclusively for Federal civilian agencies.
  • TMSS Citi/Syncada Project: To provide a highly available and reliable Web Service CITIRATRQ to query the freight rates transportation tenders stored in current TMSS application maintained by GSA FAS. This Web Service will be consumed by the vendor CITI/Syncada Payment Gateway to perform the prepayment audit of invoices. This Web Service will be used for retrieving the rates for shipments where BOLs Bill Of Lading were created in TMSS and for shipments where no BOL is present in TMSS. MGSWeb and SoapUI have been used for the development and functional testing.

Extended Storage Shipments:

Extended Storage is a feature in Household Goods Shipments, whereby the shipper can ship/include perishable/climate controlled items in their regular household good shipments while the employee moving from one place to another. We introduced to SROs Standard Routing Orders namely, EXTSTG and CCNTL , exclusively for this purpose. So the shipper can select one of these SROs for their needs. Also, the carriers can bill the agency for the cost involved in storing these items in this way.
