• Testing Process: Our product testing life cycle covers the following processes to ensure the product quality.
• Reports: Batch wise report for all the Outward cheque receipts as per CHI requirement like data is further pushed for IMG and xml format.
• Checker: Re-validation of the Maker process.
• Maker: User selects scanned cheques image and capture valid information like CTS compliant, amount and other valid information based on bank requirement. The data read from cheques are auto populated for correctness and the same is validated with CHM master.
• Data capture: The deposit-slip and cheques are scanned via scanner.
• Admin control: The system has an administrator control screen to assign user level control maker / checker and also to enhance master data's periodically into system.
• Reframe Softtech has its own product called CTS work-flow for various image based solution on cheque processing for banking domain. Cheque Truncation System has various modules according to their features which are described below in detail.
