My most recent project involves quality testing SharePoint portal solution for a Fortune 500 client for their Tax Organization. The SharePoint portal solution involves several modules to manage and track Tax's due date calendar, document management, workflow management, records management, user surveys, knowledge management Wiki and Yammer integration for enhanced social collaboration within the SharePoint Portal.

GIS/QA Analyst

Confidential is a Web-based system to enable the management, extraction, sharing and production of Map Modernization data. One of the practice using this system is to provide an online method for property owners and certifiers to reference and petition to update the maps that define floodplains throughout the United States and its territories. The system allows the property owners to submit the online application for the letter of map Confidentialand certifiers to process the applications and issue LOMA using the dashboard within the website. The system enables certifiers to manage multiple applications on their workbench and the managers can assign the applications to various certifiers and track the progress. Furthermore the certifiers and managers can search and retrieve flood maps, previously approved applications, and supporting data from the database.

It is a complex relational geodatabase that contains spatial tables, lookup tables and domain tables to store cartographic information for the numerous geometric features e.g., shapefile .

• Performed independent quality control testing of the DFIRM Database and the Digital FIS database to check for topology, data integrity, map projections, labeling and attribute errors ensuring its conformance with FEMA's guidelines and specification document before final publishing of the FIRMs.
• Utilized ArcGIS 9.3 and customized error tracking and reporting tool to carry out testing efforts.
• Performed QA/QC for 30 counties within 3 years. I was responsible to receive the county wide DFIRM database and performed visual check for all map features by loading them into the ArcGIS.

MLI database was created to capture all levee data with a primary focus on levees that provide protection from the base 1-percent-annual-chance flood. MLI database contains all necessary attributes of levees/floodwalls relevant to design, construction, operations, maintenance, repair, inspections, and potential for failure. The key attributes of database are levee centerline locations, ownership, protection status, area protected, and accreditation status. The database was created by utilizing ESRI's application ArcGIS 9.0 and 9.3. This database is available to inspectors and managers through a web accessible application to assist them by providing greater efficiency and standardization to the process of inspection, data collection and reporting.

• Utilized ArcGIS 9.3 to capture levee centerline data, associated flood protection area using ArcEditor and Spatial Analyst tools and populating various attribute fields into complex ESRI relational geodatabase which consisted of various feature classes, business relational database tables and modified attributes.
• Performed QA/QC the geodatabase to ensure its conformance with design specification document.
• The testing included the verification of correct population of primary and foreign key fields, the completion of critical attribute fields, the correct assembly of levees into segments and segments into levee systems, and the development of topographic consistency between levee lines and protected areas.
• Utilized customized error tracking and reporting tool for logging errors and tracking them to ensure that all the reported errors have been addressed and resolved.
