  • Went from a system that started with 17 servers and 35 people with Internet access to a flexible and scalable system that consisted of over 300 servers locally and 200 remote servers on a MPLS backbone supporting over 3000 employees. Added 50 additional properties to the system while undergoing a major ERP integration.

This reduced staff by 70 and managed to reduce overall IT Budget costs by 20 .

  • Implemented a custom-built deal tracking and lease creation software created metrics for comparative pricing. Programs shortened the cycle to get leases approved and executed from over 30 days to around 7 days.
