• Manage all the testing activities of customer communications which include paper billing, web, mobile apps and service

AXP Card Services currently sells a trip insurance product Trip Protector Plus on this website and wishes to continue with this highly successful sales channel. Project Card Services Gemini will develop a new integration solution between new partner and AXP backend systems in order to support offer presentment and fulfilment of the travel insurance product s . This solution needs to be flexible and dynamic and ensure that all future changes or additions to product offering or fulfilment have minimal impact on new partner. The solution will consist of 4 to 7 web services from CTN/Orbitz to AXP.

The project will issue Chip Signature cards EMV Technology - Europay, Mastercard and Visa to US Account Holders travelling abroad Europe, Asia etc so they can be used on EMV networks. This will enhance security and POS experience for US Card members traveling abroad. This project uses SCRUM framework.

Role: Lead End to End Test Manager

The project will allow CCSG Basic Card members to add Supplementary of equal or lesser Card type i.e., a Platinum Basic could add Platinum, Gold and Green Supplementary for a bundled price. This will involve building a fee component to assess the price based on the Cards the CM selects and then presenting the bundle to the CCP, Customer or other Business stakeholder in a best-in-class manner in core channels.Additionally, the project will allow OPEN Business Gold Rewards Basic Card members to add unlimited Business Gold Rewards Supplementary for a bundled price and Business Platinum Card members to add unlimited Business Gold vintage Gold Supplementary for a bundled price. The BGR bundle will also be available for those BGR Supplementary that are kept at the BGR level during a Basic upgrade to the Business Platinum Card.The project will also deliver reporting to track bundled Supp card acquisitions by channel and resolve the accurate presentation/categorization of Supp color for financial and servicing systems.
