Confidential is the engine that takes input of the front office trading systems, processes it, enriches it, and generates the output. The Input is generally from Bridget or CRIMS the Bridgewater front office systems . Bridget input file is in the text format and CRIMS input file is in the XML format. During the processing, the input data is appended with some extra data/field and values. This process is called enrichment which is done through reference data. The final Bridget Output is a SWIFT message and the CRIMS final output is a FPML message. The main activity being enhanced is the process of transforming BW trade instructions into industry standard formats for trade settlement. The core features are translating the BW trade files for trade settlement, support cancel/rebook, manage exceptions for resolution and support data enrichments.
