Project description:
Wireless Account Management allows us to view our credit card transactions and Statements. Main functionality includes, view Account Summary, view unbilled activity, view statement summaries and transactions for the last 6(six) months and make credit card payments.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Scrum team, attending daily meetings/calls to provide updates on the project that are in my backlog, reporting on progress and pediments, if any.

Project description:
The M2 Prime Score and BK Scores are used through the business as a portfolio tool to help reduce credit losses and increase credit opportunity. Objectives of the M3/BK3 Project included the redevelopment of existing M2 and BK score models along with corresponding model ID\'s and decline codes 1 & 2, Unique models specific to UCS accounts. The new scores, along with their corresponding model ID\'s and decline reasons will be stored on the CMF (Cardholder Master File), but the decision will continue to point to the old scores for phase 1.All decisions should point to M3 and BK3 as opposed to the old M2 and BK Prime. BK3 will be replacing the old scores; Bankruptcy, BK and BK Prime. M3 will be replacing M2 Prime. The old scores, along with any models, model ID information and decline codes will be removed from the CMF and replaced with new M3 and BK3.

  • Involved in reviewing the business requirements and functional requirements and maintained a repository of the requirements in the Quality Center of a couple of projects.
