• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SMTP Relay cluster at 3 CDS Datacenters. 90+ companies owned by Omnicom all had to send SMTP messages through the relays as port 25 was blocked. When requested, I would whitelist the external/public IP on relays so the traffic would be allowed to go through.
• Responsible for troubleshooting all issues with SMTP traffic through relays. Examples of issues would be IP not whitelisted on relay, Messages from IP being blocked do to IP reputation, IP being on RBL list,
