Responsibilities:- Directed test planning, execution, and reporting in support of the transition and transformation of over 30 accounts. Supervised staff of 30-plus testers, coordinated approximately 500 users and administered more than $5M in QA/Test resources over 11 years accumulatively. Planned and managed all Functional Verification Test (FVT), System Verification Test (SVT), System Integration Test (SIT), Failover Test, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) for more than 25 applications.
