Responsibilities:

Served as software tester and project release team lead leading a 6 person international team.
Created test plans, drove day to day operations, communications with leadership, drove all process improvements for team.
Acted as release team lead, interfacing with release coordination, other test teams and project management to gather actionable feedback, implementing and automating new tests.
Interfaced with a tools team to create new automated tests and drive improvements in our test automation. One program I authored became our most successful test in terms of problem resolution.
