Responsibilities:
- Served as software tester and project release team lead leading a 6 person international team.
- Created test plans, drove day to day operations, communications with leadership, drove all process improvements for team.
- Acted as release team lead, interfacing with release coordination, other test teams and project management to gather actionable feedback, implementing and automating new tests.
- Interfaced with a tools team to create new automated tests and drive improvements in our test automation. One program I authored became our most successful test in terms of problem resolution.
