  • Responsible for conducting background checks and additional screening to determine employee eligibility
  • Responsible for generating and completing daily PBX reports. The reports measured the sale of pre-paid cards on a local, national and global level as well as call volume, dropped calls, length of calls. The PBX reports were generated on a daily basis and sent to all levels of management as a way tracking  quality assurance and production levels
